Pull on stying, would fit a medium or large.
Will fit 30-40 inches in the waist. (30 inches is unstretched elastic, 40 inches is stretched elastic) 43.5 inches long.
The skirt is clipped in the back to fit the dressform. The stripes actually line up perfectly in the back.
There is a little bit of loose stitching at the waistline and hem, which would be super easy to fix. Priced accordingly.
